At Miarco Inflatables, we stand by the quality and durability of every inflatable boat we sell. To ensure your confidence in our products, we proudly offer a 5-year manufacturer warranty on all new boats.

What’s Covered Under Our Warranty?

Our manufacturer warranty covers manufacturing faults or defects in materials and workmanship. This includes issues that arise through no fault of the user and are due to production-related flaws.

Covered:

• Structural faults

   

• Material defects

   

• Faulty seams or valves caused by manufacturer error

   

Not Covered:

• General wear and tear

   

• Accidental damage or misuse

   

• UV or environmental exposure

   

• Punctures, abrasions, or unauthorised modifications

   

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To lodge a warranty request, please follow these steps:

1. Send us an email at ahoy@miarcoboats.com

    

2. Include photos of the issue

    

3. Include a clear photo of the HIN (Hull Identification Number) plate

    

4. We may request an in-person inspection at our workshop

    

All approved warranty repairs or replacements must be carried out at our workshop in Rathmines, NSW. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the boat to us for assessment and servicing.

Nationwide Repair Network

While all warranty work is performed at our facility, we understand that returning the boat may not always be convenient. Having worked with inflatables since 2004, we have built trusted contacts in other states and will liaise with local repairers wherever possible to assist with inspections or approved repairs.
